We recently instructed Gary to work on our extension in surbiton, London. Although it was a small extension, there were a number of challenges involved, including piling the foundations and working with lots of steelwork. None of which was a problem for Gary, as he approached the job with confidence and displaced any worries we had. Not only was Gary good at communicating with us, he has also built up a good relationship with all our neighbours to ensure they were happy with the work being carried out. This was incredibly important to us as he made what could have been a very stressful build seem easy! The build was completed to a very high standard and any amendments along the way were actioned where possible. We would highly recommend Gary and Osborne Construction for any build job. Hopefully we will see him again soon for our loft conversion!!

First class planning, work, and service. We requested a multi-part project which Gary Osborne project managed throughout, involving numerous tradespeople including plumber, joiner, builder, electrician, window fitter and plasterer. All were of the highest quality - excellent work - but they were also very tidy! The proof of the pudding is that we would not only use Gary Osborne and any or all of the tradespeople again, we would actually trust him to do so without any further quotes. I would have to say, now that the project is complete, Gary is one of the most trustworthy person we have worked with Very Highly recommended!
